Dixie Beach Boulevard

Dixie beach access point is one of the few parking lots with access to the bay side of Sanibel.  There is a bench to sit on and have a picnic, and a nice lot with native vegetation to provide a shaded area out of the sun.   Fishing can be productive here for Trout and Redfish (also catching bait). A good shelling spot for tellins, kings crowns and whelks. There is also an active Osprey nest here. 8 Parking spots + 1 Handicapped
